The service is good, staff very friendly and professional. One thing to mention is requested for the complimentary free car wash facility but it was not done. Would recommend for next time please double check before hand in.

Everything was completed by the time that I needed to collect the car in spite of extra work beyond the planned service. Staff were really helpful in making this possible.

There was some issue after a recall work on my vehicle, I reported the matter, the guys listened apologised for mistakes and eventually all was resolved professionally and satisfactory. A big shoutout to guys at the workshop too, great job thank you.

Attentive staff on arrival. Car was to be in all day but turns out was ready by late lunch which was a bonus. Although we weren't expecting it, it was a nice touch to put a gift in the car as a thank you.

It took an hour's wait to pick up my car at 17:00. However, there was a medical emergency going on. Nevertheless, all people that arrived after me were promptly dealt with. On the plus side. I obtained a free inspection and my car was cleaned foc.

The process was easy - turn up as agreed, hand over key, sign form and wait for 1.5 hours ( 2 was suggested) . Key then handed back and drove off. Simples.
